• Returns & Exchange Policy

    Since we operate print-on demand, our products are produced only upon order. This means each mug is specially made per your order. Due to this level of personalization, returns and exchanges are not supported. E-gift card sales are final. Please be sure to double check all orders before purchase as returns/ exchanges are not supported for incorrect selection.

  • Order Resolve / Damages

    We believe in cultivating an open, honest relationship. In case of damaged product during shipping or product errors, qualified order are open for resolve within 30 days of product delivery. After the 30-day threshold, order resolve will no longer be honored.
